Department Transformation During Crisis

Guided department (44-81 people) through three-year period affected by Russia-Ukraine war, including EU relocation and team restructuring. Programme: Quarterly leadership summits and annual strategic gatherings focusing on maintaining operational continuity while building psychological safety during uncertainty. My facilitation approach created the space for honest dialogue about both immediate pressures and future opportunities. Outcome: Operational stability and development of four new product prototypes despite extraordinary circumstances, with significantly improved decision-making processes and team resilience.
