Organisational Lifecycle Transition

Provided executive sparring to company owners as their organisation outgrew its previous operating model. Programme: Intensive one-day session to articulate a new vision and design transition from owner-led to leadership-led structure, including authority matrices, accountability frameworks, and role clarification. I helped them identify where their current approach was creating bottlenecks, then facilitated the difficult conversations needed to relinquish certain controls while maintaining strategic oversight. Outcome: Clear implementation path for establishing an effective leadership team with defined responsibilities and decision rights, allowing the business to scale while preserving their cultural strengths.
